This old barn has been beautifully renovated into a quality, two bedroom self-catering holiday cottage. Mallards Barn is heated by an oil fired boiler at the rear. It has a parking area at the front for two vehicles.
An open plan kitchen, living and dining area leads to the first floor by an oak, split level open staircase to two spacious double bedrooms.
The well equipped kitchen/dining area has a tiled floor with a large aspect window and door overlooking wonderful views of the ponds and fields. It has its own fenced front & rear patio areas
Just inside the entrance is a utility room with wc, washing machine, iron and board and full height freezer.
The main bedroom has a king size, vintage metal framed bed. A built in cupboard space & its own en-suite bathroom with shower. The other double bedroom has a super king size bed that can also separate as two oversize single beds. It also has a built in cupboard space and an adjoining bathroom with bath.
All our accommodation has quality linen, mostly Egyptian cotton with 400+TC
