A two bedroom converted barn, with one large open plan living, dining and kitchen area, also a utility room with WC, washing machine and freezer. One bedroom has a Super King-size bed (that also splits as two over-size single beds – extra fee applies, please request this when booking, 3 days notice required) bed and an en-suite with a shower. The other has a Super king size bed (that also splits as two over-size single beds – extra fee applies). A separate adjacent bathroom has a bath.
Oil fired hot water and central heating.
Outside are patios front and rear (front only for dogs) the rear has table and chairs and a parasol. There is parking for two vehicles. Wonderful views over the ponds and fields.

Oaklands Cottage
A cosy self catering holiday cottage. Oaklands Cottage is a one bedroom converted stable, situated on this tranquil farm in the heart of rural Monmouthshire. Downstairs has a kitchen, spacious lounge with wood burner and glass framed dining table, split level stairs to utility room and coat room/study.
Upstairs has one large bedroom with Super king size bed (that splits as two over-size single beds – extra fee applies, please request this when booking, 3 days notice required). Split level stairs to a walk in wardrobe area and a bathroom with over bath shower. Electric hot water and radiators.
Outside there is a fenced patio at the rear, table and chairs. There is a single parking space. Wonderful views of the ponds and fields.

Starry Night
Sit outside under a starry sky with a glass of wine, beer or on a chilly night a nice mug of hot tea or coffee. At most times of the year you will see The Plough as seen here taken between Cygnet Studio and Mallards Barn. During the winter months it appears up-ended and is positioned more above our Oaklands Cottage!
The Cygnet Studio – Ground Floor studio
This bijoux self catering holiday studio, offers compact living accommodation on the ground floor, to one end of the main Grade II* Listed Farmhouse.
It comprises a double bedroom with vintage metal framed King-size bed, a flat screen TV, electric radiator, dining table and single vintage pine wardrobe. There is a large wet-room with electric shower, WC and heated towel rail and electric fan. There is also a kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and sink.
Outside there are two steps to its own separate entrance, small patio area with patio table and two chairs, one parking space and wonderful views from the entrance over the ponds and fields.
