The entrance door leads into the cottage style kitchen, which in turn leads into the living room with a stone feature wall, wood burner, original wood beams and tiled floor. Three steps lead to a small utility room and a separate cloak/boot/store room.
An oak open-work staircase leads to a spacious double bedroom, that has a super king size bed that will also split into two oversize single beds. Up another 3 stairs and to the right there is a bathroom with a glass screen and shower over. To the left is a small dressing room with cupboard. The rear door leads to a fenced patio/courtyard (this is for dogs too!) with views of the pond and fields.
